This pathway honors educators who have developed substantial teaching expertise through hands-on practice in diverse educational settings. Applicants must demonstrate a proven record of creating measurable learning outcomes, with minimum years of verifiable classroom impact.
Classroom Teachers:
- Minimum 5 years of full-time teaching experience
- Roles including Lead Teacher, Subject Specialist, or Grade-Level Coordinator
- Documented expertise in:
- Curriculum design and implementation
- Differentiated instruction strategies
- Formative/summative assessment systems
- Classroom management innovation
- Portfolio requirement: Minimum 3 case studies showing student progress metrics
School Leaders:
- Minimum 7 years in educational leadership roles
- Positions such as Principal, Academic Dean, or Superintendent
- Must demonstrate:
- Instructional leadership in teacher development
